Tasty, healthy Muffins

Sometimes we all are looking for something to quench our sweet tooth without going over board. Other times we are in a rush and need a quick, healthy snack. 

For times like that, when I’m not in the mood to go crazy on empty calories I like to enjoy a muffin.

Muffins are easy to make and even easier to enjoy.  When the berries are in season you can pop out some incredible flavors in your muffins.

Whether you like strawberries, blueberry or raspberry, almost any fruit can be used in a muffin recipe. 

Personally, I enjoy me a nice raspberry yogurt muffin with oatmeal or blueberry
